Nicole Griffin is a yoga teacher, Calm Behavioral Health Coach, and Middle East & North Africa retreat leader. She is passionate about collective care, mindful travel, and yoga as a practice of social justice. Nicole believes that

The yoga she offers is practical, grounded, and rooted in Mindfulness. Her vinyasa classes are playful, athletic, and grounding while her yin and restorative practices balance and nourish. Nicole strives to create a space 
where everyone in the community feels welcome, seen, embraced, and respected.

Nicole’s retreats emphasize meaningful cultural immersion and mindful travel. The practices of yoga and mindfulness provide the ground as we explore how to take our yoga off the mat and into the world. All of Nicole’s yoga retreats give back to local charities that empower women and girls.
A lifelong student, Nicole has a B.A. in Art History with a focus on Islamic Art History and an International MBA with concentrations in Arabic and Entrepreneurship. She has lived and studied in Turkey, Morocco, Jordan, and Lebanon and has traveled widely throughout the MENA region.
